Social worker Aishleen Healy and Team Leader Evelyn Alexander will present their critical learning from applying Signs of Safety to safety planning work with a young Mum whose first child was in care. They will explore the challenges of trusting the process with a network who appeared suddenly and had to be involved in 24/7 supervision of the baby. The presentation will focus on how elements of the approach helped the team shift from their terror zone to a more hopeful and rigorous position, resulting in a successful outcome for Mum and baby.
