This guide is intended for organisations who are either implementing Signs of Safety® or have a Signs of Safety Knowledge Bank Subscription.

Resources available to subscribing organisations may be used and shared within licensed organisations providing it complies with the organisations Knowledge Bank Licence Agreement and Signs of Safety Resource and Logo Usage Guidelines.

Both the agreement and guidelines are designed to maintain the fidelity of Signs of Safety while allowing the implementing organisation the flexibility to integrate Signs of Safety materials into their internal training, systems and processes.

This resource outlines the correct usage of the logo and other associated branding considerations. Logo artwork files can also be downloaded. If you require vector artwork, e.g. .ai or .eps files, or other formats, please contact communications@elia.ngo to request them. The resource contains guidelines such as:

  • when resources can and can't be modified
  • how and when the Signs of Safety logo may be used
  • printing guidelines for workbooks and key publications

The Signs of Safety name and logo are registered trademarks of Elia International Ltd and are protected by law to ensure they are not misused in any way. Implementing organisations have permission to use the logo for internal purposes, but will need to seek permission on a case-by-case basis to use it in materials that will be published to the public. In all cases, usage must be in accordance with the guidelines set out in this document.

Other third parties may not use the Signs of Safety logo unless they have been granted explicit permission from Elia to do so. Please contact communications@elia.ngo if you would like to make an enquiry.
