In a case where two children were placed in out of home care after a life threatening event, Katrien and Isabelle will explain how using a feedback loop made it possible to reflect on the meaningful moments in safety planning, and how this made the valuable work of the network and the case worker visible. As is fitting within a learning organisation, they will highlight the lessons learned, what is meaningful for clients and for a leader and how this contributes to better support of the caseworkers.
