Abstract

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy has become very popular in the brief and family therapy field and the various questions and assumptions of this approach are well known.  What is less documented is how to draw the various techniques into a framework for use in the therapy session.  This article elaborates an outline for using the solution-focused model in second and subsequent sessions and demonstrates this with a transcripted case example.

This article is the second in a series of three.
