What is less documented is how to draw together the various techniques into a framework for use in the therapy session. This article sets out a basic outline for using the solution-focused model in the first session. Two more articles will follow this, the outlines for use in second and subsequent sessions and in the sessions leading up to termination. This article is the third in a series of three.
